I found out recently that one of my friends prays for me daily. I was quite surprised and humbled by this, as she is someone I care deeply for and send my prayers to very often. I must admit, all the good vibes sent my way must be working, as I am feeling better these days. I know, it is a back and forth thing for me, and likely always will be - but I do love how it feels inside when I feel good and happy and free of the crippling dispiritedness that lingers far too close.
I have even taken to regaining some of my lost muscle tone by farming in the crags and clearing out the not-so-friendly wildlife that call the crags home. Not only does slaying the evil beasts help clear my head I am re-establishing my upper body muscle tone and my endurance - plus wandering on those narrow, shifting ledges keeps my legs toned and my balance much more tuned so it is pretty much an all over work out for the mind, body and soul. It feels great and I enjoy the burn knowing I am gaining back my inner and outer strength and constitution.
